Please be advised that on Thursday July 25, 2024, an Emerson’s DeltaV SaaS SCADA (formerly Zedi Access) software release will be promoted to Production starting 8:00pm MDT. An hour downtime is planned during the promotion. No data loss is expected.

 

CrowdStrike, a cloud security service, has been identified to have had a technical issue impacting various systems, including Microsoft. Due to the quick response of Emerson’s DeltaV SaaS SCADA (formerly Zedi Access) impact was minimal and the platform is currently running as normal.  We are continuing to monitor the situation.
